Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. Items over $100 are sent utilizing an adult signature required service. Government ID matching the shipping address must be presented through the window or at pick-up to the courier delivery driver or the depot agent in order for the parcel to be released. We will not mail items without this service as it is security measure to protect the buyer and the seller from theft and fraud.

 

We may ship items under 1 Kg / 2.2 lbs to the U.S using USPS priority mail. Please send us a message if you would like to have an item shipped to you. We will update you on a shipping price (usually 16 USD or below).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Expedited shipping 3-5 business days


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

 

- Products missing, swapped or with altered serial numbers and used software are non-returnable and non-refundable.

***Radeon RX 6000 series and GeForce RTX 3000 Series GPU video card sales are final. If the GPU is defective, we will facilitate or aid in facilitating any warranty claims to manufacturers.***

Restocking fees:

- We reserve the right to impose a 15%-30% restocking fee to cover our shipping and labour costs.

- 50% of your original order price may be imposed for returns with but not limited to missing/damaged packaging, missing/damaged accessories, missing/damaged manuals.


You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund faster than this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply open a chat with us. To ensure a smooth process please include your order number and your reason for return. If applicable, please include your serial number. You may repack the packing slip we sent with your item.

All sales on software are final and non-returnable nor non-refundable once opened. Retailed Box CPU is non returnable once seal has been broken unless the unit is defective. Toner Cartridges and Ink Cartridges are not returnable once the packaging has been opened and seal is broken. Headphones, earphones and other personal hygienic items can only be accepted for return if sealed for sanitary reasons.

If units are found to be DOA (dead on arrival) within 14 days of the order arriving to the shipping address on the order, AmberCnE reserves the right to ask for images and further information regarding the defect to confirm the condition of the item, its packaging and the serial number. If the buyer refuses to provide information or images of the item AmberCnE reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Return shipping for accepted returns of DOA units will be covered and a pre-paid return label will be provided. Once our technician tests the unit and confirms the serial number, condition, and complaint issue of the defective unit, a full refund will be issued to your order. You should expect a refund to be issued within 3-5 business days of your return arriving to us. If you require a replacement and we have units in stock we will issue one to you. If not, we will issue a full refund.

 

***Please note that we do not control processing and refund times of your original payment method or the bank. All banks and payment processors have varied business days it takes for a refund transaction to post on your account. Any delay of funds or delay in posting of a refund transaction to your account is not the responsibility of AmberCnE. Proof of refund issued will be provided to you by e-mail.***
