  • Do you fix computers?
    Yes! We do not fix apple products though. Diagnosis for your device starting from $30 :)
  • Do you ship to the US?
    We can definitely ship some of our products to the US. Usually, we utilise USPS first-class mail. Contact us if there is a product you like and we can quote you on a total price.
  • Can I return/exchange my item?
    Yes you can return any unopened item for a full refund. We do not refund shipping costs however. In the case of a defective product, full refund plus shipping will be applied or a new one may be sent to you if you so wish. Defective means the item is not performing it's intended functions out of the box. We cannot accept customer damaged items due to mishandling for return such as bent CPU pins or overheated units due to overburdening. Opened items can also be refunded for a 15% restocking charge. Opened items missing serial numbers or mismatched serial numbers with the unit sold to you are unable to be refunded. Opened items missing packaging and manuals will incur up to a 40% restocking charge. We can send you a pre-paid return label but it will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for your return or exchange thank you!
  • Can you do wholesale?
    Most certainly! Please send us a message with your business information and a general scope of what you are looking for. We will forward you the appropriate forms to create an account and the shipping information for our wholesale division.
